We are not the concrete contractor — we make the 5-piece hardware kit (Vertical Tie, Locking Pin Wedge, Rebar Chair, Rebar Tree, and EPS form) that transforms a standard concrete pour into a lumber-free structural assembly.

With standard shoring, Climate-Deck 18 is comparable to wood frame truss ($31.14/sf vs. $31.47/sf). When shoring is removed (many applications), Climate-Deck 18 drops to $21.98/sf — nearly $10 per square foot cheaper, with dramatically better energy efficiency and STC ratings.

Yes — Revit BIM families are available for all CTBS products. Individual licenses start at $79 via Mirror Engineer. Click any product card and look for the BIM Downloads section. Full Revit families (.RFA), IFC, and DWG files are available or in production.

Climate-Deck is designed with 90° angle mechanical openings, 23"×11" trunk line openings, 10"×10" round duct openings, and wood/metal joist compatibility — all in one system. Competitors integrate ceiling joists that block standard HVAC routing, forcing a drop ceiling. Climate-Deck eliminates the drop ceiling entirely.
